Mackenzie Saunders

Mackenzie is a Solicitor in our commercial litigation and insolvency team.

  

Mackenzie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology in 2022 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2023.

  

Prior to working in commercial litigation and insolvency, Mackenzie gained experience in general disputes, personal injuries, and family law.

  

Mackenzie has acted for private clients and companies in a range of matters and jurisdictions - including debt recovery, lease disputes, public liability claims, medical negligence claims, motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation claims, property settlements and children’s matters.

He has assisted clients in the Federal Court of Australia, all Queensland Courts, and both State and Federal Tribunals.

Mackenzie enjoys working hard to achieve desirable outcomes for clients at Enyo Lawyers. He is passionate about the law and takes pride in personally working with clients to guide them through their legal problems.

Mackenzie likes working in all areas of commercial litigation, with a particular interest in director and contract disputes.
