Laura Hagan

Senior Associate

Laura is a Senior Associate in our litigation and insolvency team. She acts in a variety of disputes, including commercial, contract, construction, property and shareholder disputes, and personal and corporate insolvency. She has a particular interest in property and contractual disputes.

Laura is an innovative and practical litigator, and has previous experience across a number of different practice areas – including succession, family, commercial and property law. Her extensive experience enables her to assist our clients in a variety of disputes, and to provide a comprehensive approach to their legal issues.

Whether it is complex litigation or drawing a Will, Laura is extremely passionate about her work. Laura is known for her practical, responsive and dedicated approach to her clients’ matters and gets great satisfaction working with and for our clients to deliver the best possible resolutions, effectively and efficiently. 

Laura is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She is also President of Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Queensland Inc.
