Laura Hagan

Senior Associate

Laura is a Senior Associate in our litigation and insolvency team. She acts in a variety of disputes, including commercial, contract, construction, property and shareholder disputes, and personal and corporate insolvency. She has a particular interest in property and contractual disputes.

 Laura has previously worked in succession, family, commercial and property law. This experience enables Laura to assist our clients in a variety of disputes, and to provide a comprehensive approach to their legal issues.

​

Whether it is complex litigation or drawing a Will, Laura is extremely passionate about her work. She takes a practical approach to her clients’ matters and gets great satisfaction working with and for clients to deliver the best possible resolutions, effectively and efficiently.

 Laura is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. She is also a committee member of Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Queensland Inc.
