Jay Tseng

Jay is a Senior Associate at Enyo Lawyers and has significant experience acting for clients in large-scale commercial litigation and complex dispute resolution, including international arbitration, with a strong focus in construction, mining and resources.  Jay has also worked on shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, senate inquiries and cases involving foreign bribery and corruption. 

 

Jay has acted and advised public and private Australian and international corporations, high net worth individuals and a politically exposed person.  Jay has worked in Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and London and has an interest in cross-jurisdictional disputes and international arbitration.  He is admitted as a lawyer in Australia, New Zealand and the Senior Courts of England & Wales.

 

Prior to joining Enyo Lawyers, Jay worked at top-tier and mid-tier firms and was previously the Associate to the Honourable Justice David JS Jackson of the Supreme Court of Queensland on the Commercial List.
